The “benco Spin & Win” is an online contest, open to all Nepalese residents of Nepal.
The campaign of benco Spin & Win is valid from January 31st, 2024, to March 20th, 2024.
Each Participant must have a valid Nepali mobile number to participate in the game and win a maximum of one prize.
benco reserves the right to disqualify and remove any participants from the contest without prior notification or disclose their personal information if they are suspected of tampering with their entries or breaching the terms and conditions of their account.
The prizes shall neither be transferable nor exchangeable for cash or any items. benco reserves the absolute right to substitute the prizes with those of similar value at any time with or without prior notice and subject to TDS.
The decision of benco shall be final and conclusive. No appeal and/or correspondence will be entertained.
Entries must be submitted following the terms and conditions set out by benco. Entry is invalid if it is incomplete, contains false information, or any other errors as determined by benco in its sole discretion.
To redeem prizes, participants need to purchase and activate any benco 8+8GB RAM smartphone (benco V91, benco S1, or benco S1 Pro) during the campaign period. Winners should redeem their prizes within one week of winning.
benco 3-month extended warranty is based on benco 1-year warranty service.
benco will not be held liable in the event the winner(s) do not download the QR due to any reason whatsoever or fail to collect his/her prize within 7 days from the date of prize announcement.
The prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winners, and benco excludes all warranties or representations whatsoever in connection with any prize. benco does not assume any responsibility for the prizes offered under this contest.
benco reserves the right to at any time add to, delete, vary, or amend the Terms and Conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of this contest, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and liability to any participant or any other party.
benco and its affiliates (including its employees, consultants, and agents) shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, loss, or damage whatsoever (indirect or consequential) incurred or suffered by any participant or winner.
